Terms of Service

Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the Ridna mobile application (the "App") operated by Ridna ("we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using Ridna, you confirm that you are at least 16 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. If you are using the App on behalf of a business, you represent that you have the authority to bind that business to these Terms.

2. Description of Service

Ridna is a CRM (Customer Relationship Management) mobile application designed for small business owners who sell through Instagram. The App allows you to:

• Manage customer contacts and order history
• Track and manage orders and products
• Create shipments via Nova Poshta delivery service
• Connect your Instagram account to manage direct messages
• View analytics about your business performance

3. Account Registration

To use Ridna, you must create an account with a valid email address and password. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activity that occurs under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use at support@ridna.io

4. Subscription and Payments

Ridna offers the following plans:

• Free: Basic features with limitations
• Basic (199 ₴/month): Full access to core features
• Pro (499 ₴/month): All features including advanced analytics

New users receive 3 months of free access to the Pro plan. After the trial period, you will be charged according to your selected plan. Subscriptions auto-renew monthly unless cancelled. Refunds are not provided for partial months.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Ridna to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Send spam or unsolicited messages to customers
• Collect data about individuals without their consent
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Use the App for any fraudulent or deceptive purposes
• Violate Meta's Platform Terms when using Instagram integration

6. Instagram Integration

When you connect your Instagram account to Ridna, you must comply with:

• Instagram Terms of Use
• Meta Platform Terms
• All applicable Meta developer policies

We are not responsible for any violations of Instagram's terms caused by your use of the integration.

7. Data and Privacy

Your use of Ridna is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. You retain ownership of all data you input into the App.

8. Intellectual Property

The Ridna name, logo, and all content within the App are owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the App without our prior written consent.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ridna shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including loss of data, loss of revenue, or business interruption.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time from the App settings. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Ukraine.
