Ridna ("we", "our", or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our mobile application Ridna (the "App").

1. Information We Collect

We collect the following types of information:

• Account information: email address and password when you register
• Business data: contacts, orders, products, and delivery addresses you create in the App
• Usage data: how you interact with the App (screens visited, features used)
• Device information: device type, operating system, and app version

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide, maintain, and improve the App
• Authenticate your account and keep it secure
• Store and sync your business data across devices
• Send important service updates and notifications
• Respond to your support requests
• Analyze usage patterns to improve user experience

3. Data Storage

Your data is stored securely using Supabase, a cloud database provider. All data is encrypted in transit using TLS and at rest. Supabase servers are hosted in the European Union (Frankfurt, Germany).

4. Instagram and Meta Integration

When you connect your Instagram account to Ridna, we may access:

• Your Instagram profile information (username, profile picture)
• Direct messages with your customers (only with your explicit permission)

We do not store Instagram message content beyond what is necessary to display it in the App. We do not share your Instagram data with third parties. You can disconnect your Instagram account at any time from the App settings.

Our use of Instagram data complies with the Meta Platform Terms and Meta Developer Policies.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. We may share data only with:

• Supabase — database and authentication provider
• Nova Poshta — delivery service API (only shipment-related data you provide)
• Law enforcement — only if required by law

6. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will delete your personal data within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it by law.

7. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Correct inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your data
• Export your data in a portable format
• Withdraw consent at any time

8. Children's Privacy

Ridna is not intended for use by anyone under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any significant changes by email or through the App. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
